What it does:
These twistable, creamy liquid lip colors give lips a stay-put, kissable formula in matte or gloss finishes. Created with innovative gel polymers to that leave a velvety-soft feeling and vivid, even color, the matte liquid lip pens contain a clay- and volatile-free formula that prevents the lips from drying out. The lip gloss lip pens are formulated with special gel color polymers that are long-wearing and offer ultimate softness, while locking in color and shine.
